It looks like a soft painting more than photo. I like the glare behind the baloon highlighting it.

I also like the color transition of clouds from red to blue.

Thanks! I appreciate it. I just changed the color level for the surrounding sky and "voila!", I had to soften it as well to eliminate a lot of the noise. I am very pleased with the results and the amount of enhancing I didn't have to do, lol.
